Pages can be one of the following:

To limit access to pages, organize them within teams.

Pages can be categorized into sections within the sidebar. It’s possible to re-order pages within sections by dragging the pages in the sidebar.

If creating a page that doesn’t belong to a team, the page will be private and only accessible to the page’s creator. These appear in the “Private” section at the bottom of the sidebar. Private pages can be moved to a chosen team in your workspace (making it accessible to all other workspace admins as well as the members of that team) by dragging and dropping it in the sidebar, or from the overflow menu of that page by selecting the “Move page” option. Admins can take an existing page within a team and move it to “Private”, wherein all others will lose access to the page.
